2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

3. Products

FrostNix is a reusable silica gel dehumidifier bag. It absorbs moisture from the air inside a vehicle or enclosed space. It does not melt ice on the outside of windows, remove snow or heat the vehicle. Results depend on the size of the space, how much moisture gets in and how often the bag is recharged. Product images are for illustration; small differences in colour or packaging may occur.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your region. For the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway and Switzerland, prices include import duties. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. If an order was placed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping and offer a full refund.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if the product is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our shipping area or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

7. Returns and refunds

Every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund policy.

8. Safe use

Follow the recharge instructions printed on the bag. Do not open the bag or eat the contents. Keep away from children and pets. Do not leave the bag unattended while recharging in a microwave or oven.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the FrostNix name, logo, text, images and videos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
