Try FrostNix through a few cold mornings. If you are not happy with it, you can request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

How to request a refund

1. Email info@frostnix.net with your order number and a short note on why it did not work for you.
2. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before we have confirmed your return – parcels sent without a return confirmation cannot be matched to an order.
3. Once the return is received (or we confirm that no return is needed), we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us at info@frostnix.net within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. If the item is damaged, defective or wrong, we cover all shipping costs.

This policy does not affect any consumer rights you have under the laws of your country.
